What a fitting write (and picture) to bring awareness to the negative side of cosmetic surgery. We must learn to accept the aging process with dignity, even if one is drawn in by the temptation to stay looking young and beautiful. Hugs // paul

WOW! I've seen this photo before and it makes me so sad. Lebanon....People come from all over the Middle East here to have cosmetic surgery. Looks and appearance are SO important here. I sometimes feel tempted myself.... WONDERFUL write about what can go wrong, sweetie! Sending you hugs for taking SUCH a unique take on the contest. YOU ROCK! Did you get my tongue in cheek comment about writing and sensual comedy together! ;) Wouldn't that be something!

To some people appearance is the ultimate need in their life. If this brings them peace of soul why should we negate it. For myself love and friendship outway's all. Looks mean nothing to what is in ones heart and soul. A true friend is a rare and beautiful thing worth more than Life itself. Love Shane xxx

I have never understood, in most cases plastic surgery erases the beauty, not enhances it! Well in most cases, I am quite happy with my breast enlargements!

I guess people don't think of the risks James - I mean would you seriously pay thousands of pounds to look like this - I read she actually paid $4 million on surgery to look more 'cat like' for her husband - she is known as 'catwoman' :-) Hugs Jan xx

Sad isn't it - I guess they don't think it will ever happen to 'them' and no amount of corrective surgery is ever going to repair the damage:-( Hugs jan xx

Plastic surgery...Many a times they look so fake and no expressions in the face.I do believe that every wrinkle I will have is a blessing of another year on earth. : ) But no offense to anyone who believes the contrary.I dont want ti make botox enemies : ). I dont know how some women even do it in their ars* ..lol : )

But Jesus..How can they have a smooth baby arse with that silicone which is like a hard piece of chicken fillet..They should invest in coconut oil or petroleum jelly ...it comes even cheaper ..The pound shop will do their trick..Lol: ) : ).
