Denim

Call me common;
at least I’m reliable.
Rugged though I may be,
I grow more relaxed with time.

Call me rebel;
I strive for equality.
Freer still with Spandex,
my grin gets indigo-stretched.

I like the flow, and the message is quite raw.

Nothing like stretch denim for comfort Andrea. I would be stiff without them.

Yes, that is exactly what denim is. I don't wear that much nowadays.

Once one starts wearing Denim pants, you will see the real comfort. Nice poem. I don't like holes in them though.

Hi Andrea, denim is a popular cloth. Never wore one, really. Nicely written.

You have never worn blue jeans? How is that possible? I thought everyone had a pair of jeans!

Very imaginative, creative, infused with dry humour. With regard to Footles contest, thanks for your compliment re choosing sequence over single entry. I think you are being hard on yourself. Single Footle was an option in contest. I nearly choose single footle myself. Howard
