Panagiota, great poem, I agree so many are relying on herbal medicines, vitamins and minerals, etc when all they have to do is eat healthy. And if we become sick, we should listen to our doctors and embrace each day ~

Hello, Dear Heart, dear friend. Eating heathy is the best. But not all processed and sprayed foods are good. I wish we had more natural doctiors here, also. Sorry, I missed your comnent earlier. I passed out most of yesterday. My last poem, the Inlated Nation took forever to type. Grandson is here, he's a dear, as are you.))) Love you, Panagiota.
