Deja Vu, A Love Written in the Stars, A Musical Video Duet

Deja Vu – A Love Written in the Stars

Plato tells us that in the beginning, humans were created with four arms, four legs, and two faces. Fearing their strength, Zeus split them apart, leaving each to wander the earth in search of their missing half. I prefer to believe the more romantic truth — that love, no matter the distance or the trials, always finds a way though across centuries and lifetimes.

Can True Love Ever die? Across centuries and lifetimes, can love find a way back?
Through the discriminatory whispers of relatives and peers in the past and promises of tomorrow, two souls keep reaching for each other through the fabric of time itself —Will walls of Racism, Wars, or Sorrow break them?

This duet questions whether some bonds transcend time, history, and even the cruelties of the world?
Has someone ever crossed your path and you both look back at each other with an uncanny Deja Vu feeling of a past encounter?

The answer to this eternal question can be found in the musical video duet above –

Dear Maria I just learned of your new video. I have been away from the computer with all my task overwhelming me at the moment. Love sees no colors. You and Ron have done another fabulous job in creating, video design, and music to create a story line that tells a story of a couple that travels through the bigotry of racism to eventually in time being able to be together and being accepted within the culture as two human beings in love. I hope you and Ron and Lloyd are doing well. Will send you

Dear Maria, how romantically fulfilling and such a wonderful love song. I truly love everything about your video and words. My oldest daughter is married to a Puerto Rican, and my middle daughter married a Jamaican and now I have three beautiful granddaughters of mixed descent that are the keys to my heart. Blessings, Dear Maria, and keep producing, Daniel

A delightful romantic rap-ballad which we find ourselves singing to as the song progresses. "Can love find a way back?" Being a bit of a romantic sentimentalist, I would like to believe so....after all "love remembers love"! Congratulations Maria for the main part you played in this video together with Ron. // Hugs // paul

Dear Paul, thank you so much, that really means a lot. I love that the song had you singing along—that’s exactly the feeling I hoped it would bring. And yes, I think you’re right, love does have a way of remembering itself. Ron and I really enjoyed working on this one together, so your kind words mean the world.( PS thanks for pointing out my typo. lol )...Hugs

Maria, I love the very opening scene, the two kids growing up together with no racial prejudices entering their heart and later falling in love. Obstacles one by one hinder their path. But nothing can stop them. Through imprisonment, torture and illness, their love grows steadfast. They are ready to wait for another lifetime with 'hope and open eyes'. This celebration of love through rebirth and re -incarnation is a thrilling concept. It might sound illogical to many. Through Deja Vu, these two love stricken souls were connecting with each other. The final moment of the culmination of their love in another life brought tears of joy into my eyes. Wonderful lyrics and great casting. Congratulations dear Maria and Roni

Dearest Valsa, thank you so much for your beautiful words. I’m so very touched that you felt the heart of the story — two souls finding each other again and again, no matter the obstacles. Yes, it may sound illogical to some, but love has its own logic, one that goes beyond time and place. Your response truly moved me, and I’m grateful you could see the hope, the pain, and the joy woven into this piece. Ron and I appreciate your support more than we can say. LOve and Hugs

Dear Maria, this is a masterpiece of relationship and love. Such wonderful song and video. A work of art that only a brave soul like yours could expose the past hatred of Southern America. We view the love and hatred as time goes by. A superlative effort. Deserves the best.
