Defying delineation
We are advised to show, not tell
but if the abstract be real,
to speak of when the ego fell,
requires us not to think but feel.
The light we see, when eye’s single,
may be pointed out to, not shown,
as when polarities mingle,
birthing rapture we alone own.
Silence holds cosmic vibrations,
known as sound of one hand clapping
and within spine bliss sensations
are known not to those who’re napping.
To speak of truth that transcends mind
in language that’s dualistic,
is discerned by mind of the heart,
cognised only by a mystic.
