Deflection

DEFLECTION bouncing your beams deflecting your light off that bright white stone you call home flesh hung bones show life’s hidden sorrows in the chambers of a likeminded soul nude as chicken necks they will come to peck words from your heads Scarlet brain flowers flydiving soarfalling death is unworthy the final call to amnesia births candles of remembrance will only serve to gulp down remaining flickers of deflected light as blood blooms clean once again © Kim van Breda—21 November 2015

Death calls us all . . . some quick and others a slow decline into amnesia . . . What is life worth . . . candles dancing in the shadows laugh at our attempts. I like your last line "as blood blooms/clean" gives me hope.
