Deep Dark
The sky was black and bloated
no moonlight stealing through
This night was seeped in eerie calm
no silent breezes blew
The fog crawled slow and lazy
with wispy crooked fingers
The void was deep and dark
the kind that creeps and lingers
You better stay inside
if you feel the need to hide.
