Deep-Ocean Grey

A slug deep-ocean grey a little curled and a little dry lay on the bathroom floor deathly still I bent down and gently picked it up carrying it out to the garden I placed it in a shady spot under a tree and waited a while until it moved then left it there all day I thought about that slug a little curled and a little dry was it mom, dad, brother or sister would it I wonder think about me.
