Debts To Forget
There are some debts that, no matter what,
Continually linger, never to be paid.
Even if the debtor makes numerous payments,
A balance survives, as an endless interest cascade.
Regarding this issue beyond money,
Is there a remedy that might exist?
Since there are those who may simply take
A write-off, yet both parties can become really pissed!
So while the scales are out of balance,
Redemption allows those indebted to still live.
As grace comes to a compassionate compromise,
With joy for all those to accept and forgive.
