Death To Life
Who can really live on borrowed time
When death is constant on your mind
Trying to disprove eternal beliefs
Amidst this tragedy will you experience relief
The clock is ticking while time runs down
You will see yourself being put in the ground
Six feet is the depth where your corpse will leave no scent
Maggots and worms feast on your flesh, now you see what God has meant
From the dust you were created and to the dust you shall return
If you were to pass through the furnace how long will it take for your body to burn
Your ash to be scattered and carried by the wind
You have passed from death to life, delivered from sin
The time has come, a new body to be given
Allowing the dead to now walk with the living
