Dear Tastebuds

I’d like to start with spring rolls, Then a drop of wine, Perhaps some cheese and crackers, Or fresh grapes, straight from the vine. Fresh bread would be nice, Or perchance a bowl of chips. Let’s not forget the guacamole Into which the chips will dip. Tomato soup, hot and thick, And then a pasta dish. Pizza, my favorite, (margherita please,) Followed by meat or fish. For dessert we’ll have gelato, Or luscious berry pie. I can’t decide which flavor I would most like to try. It’s amazing how there are so many Wonderful things to eat. Every meal, you take me on a journey With new flavors to meet.

Welcome to the site. Nice appetizing poem you have here. This has all the characteristics of a finely written "rhyme" poem.
