Dear Humans;
I'm The Earth. I'm writing to you
this letter from the near future.
I have many things to tell you.
I don't know where to start.
On the first hand, let me tell you
that my agony is quicker
than I thought,
but you still ignore about my sickness.
Good for you, because that means
you don't have any empathy,
so you don't suffer at all,
because ignorants think
they are the best.
I must say the contrary.
I'm really feeling terrible.
Many of my babies are nearly death now,
the trees, the whales, the polar bears
and many others.
The oceans have no fish,
no dolphings jumping next to the
boats, the ones that sail only for joy,
not for fishing, because it's nothing to fish for.
On the second hand, I tell you that the sand of the deserts
is taking most of the areas where before was green.
The seasons don't exist anymore. You will have what it
comes: rainy days or sunny days, freezing or hot...who knows?. Maybe hot all the year or maybe cold. Snow rarelly.
Springs, fountains, streams dissapeared here in this
future time. The rivers have some water
to wash your face, but not enough for you all to have that beautiful life you are having in those years you are
living at your present.
Finally, let me advise you again, that I'm in agony,
I won't live for long time.
I would like to say, I'm looking
forward to hearing from you soon, but I know, I won't.
P.S.; Just to remind you, my death will also be yours.
