Dear Art

Dear Art

In my vains I feel you,
In my heart I hear you,
In my nose I breathe you,
In my life I live you.

Behind the closed doors
You know all my secrets
Together we burn pages
Ashes to ashes we bury my pain,
I ink and you whisper,
Sometimes I cry and you have your own ways to make me smile again.

On stages we met
The beast in me unleashed,
Perplexed I wonder
Who is this creature in me?
So brave, so strong and talented,
Eye-I for an eye-I I look at them
They awe at this peculiar
Intangible me they new to see.
Am completely new
But amazing, I tell myself
And for that I shine.

Not better than anyone
Just better for everyone.
I wish they knew that on stage I am one
My depression, stress, pain and happiness
All together for those few minutes I call my own.
Only sweat hide my tears,
Am better for everyone
Not better than anyone.

Your words made me think of lyrics to Brandy Carlyle song called Joke.....excerpt from ... they try to kick dirt in your face and tell you that your place is in the middle cause they hate to see you shine.Don't ever let them steal the joy that's in side of you,it keeps them from running wild.Let em laugh while they can,let em spin ,let em scatter in the wind I have been to the movies and I've seen horrors, and the jokes on them Enjoyed what you wrote.
