Daydream

Red rambling roses.
Pink parading pansies
Yellow yawning ylang ylang
Scarlet shining strawberries

Gorgeous growing gardenias
Beautiful bending bracken
Lovely lilting lilies
Attractive ambling agapanthus

Carefully crafted
Meticulously maintained
Fastidiously fashioned
Delightful daydream

Wow, Shane. That third line of verse one is a tongue twister. Delightful. I am an avid gardener, so this was my cup of tea.

I have learned so much in 10 months Shane - I wrote the snowflakes one in the pub last Saturday whilst listening to some very depressing blues music - wasn't a great place for me to be so I decided to write and Scintillating Snowflakes was the result - alliteration makes a poem flow so nicely I don't usually do a poem just of that form but was very pleased with the result:-) Hugs Jan xx
