Day of Rest
For Christians it is Sunday
For Jews Saturday
The idea of
a
day
of
rest
is a beautiful one
The daily grind
beats down many
leaving them frazzled
and on edge
To refresh the soul
and make one whole
and make one's peace with creation !
Those are the hallmarks
of the Sabbath
Turn on your inner light!
It is what we must cling to
if we do not
wish
to be swept away
in the tidal wave
known as existence
