Day of Joy
Your smile lights up the room and brightens up my day,
Your touch puts a skip in my step and a hug fires up my soul.
Your words the voice of an angel, your laugh the sound of an orchestra in heaven way up high.
My guardian angel is saddened for you have taken her place,
I love to watch you go but sad to see you leave
The sadness though is short lived, for soon the hours pass
And a new day of joy begins, as you walk in.
