Dawning

Wait until twilight
When the sun lowers itself to rest
Wait until twilight
When holding you close to my breast
Wait until twilight
Where are hearts are thumping with delight
Wait until twilight
Where are kisses and laughter will ignite
Wait until twilight
My hopeless romantic
Frantic
We are tonight
Wait until twilight
Where secrets come unleashed
Wait until twilight
So we may lavish each other like a feast
Wait until twilight
So I may stroke your wonderful face
Wait until twilight
That imaginary place
