Dawn of a New Soul

As I rose from the death of my soul, By the ego and what my mind couldn't tell I met a new world that's pure delight A world beyond my thoughts can reach A flower not what I saw before, The very one I saw past and for I met a soul with a story to tell And like mine it had a to be heard A rock I sat not on aware, Of its soul or heart A tale it told as I looked One like mine to be known for its truth I saw a world anew A bird that flew, Not in my presence but beyond It flew I knew, But how I never knew And like me it told a tale Of navigation and purpose To spread right my art And a new soul rose Mine it was, Different but mine
