Dawn Is Breaking the Night
Different realities, life embeds
Every day, valleys and plains, we walk
Also, mountains, hills and rocks, we climb
Fights we win and battles defeat us
Such is the life of a human being
Night comes to fling us into the bed
Nightmares, we affront to govern our ambitions
Hurdles we confront in dreams; wasps sting our faces
Our faces and aisles inundated with sweat
To end up tasting honey and milk
To a human being, such are his dreams
The sun’s beam has defeated the long night
Horrible had been the darkness
Hard it was to find the path in the dimness
The night is calm but hugely petrifying
For surrounded by obscurity, we cannot see.
Disgusting, nights are often
No darkness resists the mighty sunlight
Mountains shrink; to then see green valleys
Audacity and resilience restore our ambitions
Through hurdles, we often go but to new life, we come
Daniel, Jesus, Job, Jonas, Paul and Sarah of the Bible, inspire us
We can now chant the melody of triumph
