David Porcher

David scored the only, first goal,
In the first match against Brazil,
The host nation of Paralympics,
All his guts and grit he did spill.

From Livingstone in Scotland,
David played for Hibs juniors,
But he then moved to Preston,
Now is in Musselburgh seniors.

He works for RBS and he says,
Rio was “the best experience
of my life…[and] the Paralympics
has opened a [new experience].“
