Daughter, Please, Don'T Cry

This pain I was experiencing was so overwhelming to me
Hot tears burnt and stung my heart, my soul and my eyes
Within, I just felt like dying and with all this suffering and pain I just cried
Then I heard a very sweet voice whispering in my ears "Daughter, please, don't cry!"

I lifted my head and looked all around me
Searching from where that gentle voice
Seemed to had come from and then I rejoiced
My heart telling me it has to be Him the One who's spoken just to me.

As you might had guessed by now
I've been referring all the time about my Heavenly Father
Jesus Christ! He's the one who sticks to us closer than a friend or a brother
He's our Father, our Creator and our best friend. Yes, He is that, and more. Wow!

Jesus is my Lord, my King and my Savior
For sure, He's my Redeemer and also is my Comforter
Jesus gives me the strength I need when I'm failing because of sin here
He dries each one of my tears now and forever when they just seem to pour.

The pain I was experiencing was so overwhelming to me
But then I heard a very sweet voice whispering in my ears "Daughter of mine,I love you!
