Darkness Forever

It's a night,
Night to the heart.
It's completely dark,
Dark so desperate.
Let the darkness stay
As long as I want it to.
Close the door,
And the windows too
So that the darkness
Make me blind
Even when I want that not.
Give me the gloomy blanket
To cover myself
Not to comfort but to hide,
To hide from you.

No, eyes are dry,
I can't weep,
Nor can I sleep.
Let solitude, my dear,
Just fill this air;
Just kill me more.

Why are you still,
Standing here?
Haven't you seen
A dying heart before,
Brood and moan?
Go away; go away
To the place,
Where you can't ever
Hear me suffer.
