Darkness

As I look above

My eyes meets the dark sky

Nothing is in motion

But my mind the only thing running

The thoughts flow in like a river

The light of stars;

Only illumination in the sky

Yet I cannot see them

Maybe I don't deserve to see them

Far more beautiful than my pity sight

Or maybe I can

Its just my head telling me not to

Am I a danger?

My body reacts to my brain

My heart is forgotten

Just like me

But if you ask me

I know nothing

I was lost in the darkness of my mind
