Dark Hai-Ku

Carry me home boys, for the war is over and I... cannot feel my legs! Dark phantom figures, play dice games on people's heads... to see who is next! Stands a dark angel, down the road waiting to see... the whites of our eyes! On a war-torn field, stands a shrine for the children... where one shoe was found! Proof is the sunset, that one more day I have lived... and this heart burst not!
