Dancing With Delight

decadent delight prances just out of her reach
jumps into a pile of bright yellow daisies,
sashays and shimmers in the sun

she watches it go, but does not chase it
however her three year old granddaughter goes after it.

she sit in her lawn chair and smiles
as she watches the twirling toddler dance with delight

Such joy in these lines, Caren. I almost got up and danced around the room but, then, I'm not three anymore.
