Dance Your Way Out
It is daunting and challenging to wear smile no matter how thin in
face of depression.
Like a lose balloon in the face of rushing hurricane wind, you feel
helpless and hopeless at the grip of monster claws of deep dark.
Your smartness, beauty and pride buried in dust of sorrow and
solitude; gloomy and cloudy moments nest and rent the air, courage
and self worth hijacked by entrapment wind of darkness.
You have come a long way not to remember the gift of joy and great
source of happiness you have been to all in need.
Search deep within your heart to see many challenges and battles
you have won to get here.
You have not been a coward nor back down on any challenge; you
have been very deceive and courageous.
Like a child in a candy shop, you have been very happy and grateful
for little things of life.
It may be hard to remember every length, width and depth of the past;
but a flash back will throw some light in dark depressing valleys of life.
Take a deep breathe, let it out, deep breathe again and again.
Rejoice for ability to inhale and appreciate air at will without struggle.
Share your pretty smile for others to find strength to face their
challenges.
Take a long deep breathe, listen to songs of silence and melodious
music of moments for rejuvenation
let go of your self, rock your feet and swing and hands front and back
to sweet songs of nights for joy of new day and fresh beginning.
Visualize yourself in arms of love on a dance floor without care and
stress but music of love and excitement in the air.
Like molten lava of volcano let loose joy within you to drown darkness
and depression.
Never forget that you are built to overcome
