Dance with me like no one is looking, I'll lead as you follow,
let's stay in this very moment and not worry about tomorrow.
Feel my hand on your shoulder and the other around your waist,
I have finally realized, my darling, you can never be replaced.
I know in the past our relationship regrets were very hard to swallow,
dance with me like no one is looking, I'll lead as you follow.
Evidence of our companionship liberates our honest ways,
so take my hand and love me right as we continue to sway.
Before comprehension our stars were sacred and aligned,
I still can't understand how your devotion made you mine.
Dance with me like no one is looking, I'll lead as you follow,
I'll lead you right to our log cabin in the mountains of Colorado.
Waltzing into the two-step creates a beautiful rendition,
for I'll love you forever without haste and condition.
