Life might have taken away my ability to dance But it didn't take out my rhythm That's why even on my chair I'm all groovy and fully turned up I might not hold your hand and spin you around But I can buy you lovely dresses So that as you pirouette It rolls around you like the cupcake you are I might not get on the dance flow But I'll hold the mic And sing my heart out And you'll be the one everyone's watching as I serenade you I might not look into your eyes And tell you how lovely you look tonight But I'll rest my gaze on you As you enjoy the beautiful playlist I had just for you Life might not give me a chance to dance with you But I'll always get you up on your feet And make you dance And I'll watch on with admiration The PO£T
