Dance of Joy
DANCE OF JOY
Empty empyrean cold.
In the dawn the sun pours in
the vacant ballroom of the night sky -
the dark blue then the light blue then pink
and finally the glory of his white life,
as the small nightlights of stars
disappear in his filling warmth
and the void of night flows with the sound of joy.
Then move the plants, crawl the worms, run the children,
revives the earth to turn another round,
spinning in circles around her partner.
The clouds join the dance and the waves
in the ballroom of our planetary palace
as our world is silently whirled.
Joyful dancing beauty and fragility -
Elegant, peerless and graceful.
