Damn right I love you

You believed in me
when I stopped believing
in myself.
You became my vision
when I was too blind to see
reality.
You saw good in me
when people said I was good
for nothing.
Damn right I love you.

You prayed for me
when I thought God
was a myth.
You became my courage
when I couldn't face
my fears.
You became my fortitude
when life had me feeling
defeated
You looked out for me
when others looked the other
way
Damn right I love you

You cared for me
when I gave up and could
careless..
Damn right I love you.
