Damage Screams

You thunder out this love for me

I’m still eyeless

I continue to stab my eyes

Do to your, howl

Your thunder, seems to put whips, upon my skin

Your howl blisters up my feet

My heart pushed into stones

For shredded gumbo isn’t love

Only discomfort, so please

Stop your damage screams

The stabbing in my eyes are bleeding

For I will shatter glass into your skin

Causing you to swallow your screams

Oh, letting you hold my hands

Oh, Lord was never a white rose

Only the first step to my grave…

What else can I say
