Dahlia

You stand there!
With desiring lures!
Captivating,
Flattering and flirting,
Scented fragrances,
Attracting!	
Drawing!
Magnetism!
Creating happiness,	
Without a word,
You entice,
Reflect
And seduce,
Temperature intensifies,
Your beauty blooms,
Time stands still,
Capturing my heart,
I’m taken!
To a far distant land,
Riding on clouds,
Of heaven.

Judy Ball February 14, 2017 at 3:18 PM I truly love my dahlias but they don't winter here in the Great White North so I have to start them indoors so they have a chance to bloom since our summer is so short.
