Daddy
To be given the honor of being called Daddy by a child,
is a honor sometimes not planned by you. "Daddy..."
It's a word of honor and a term of endearment that can carry
much responsibility. " Daddy..." This is not a title to be
taken lightly or tread upon by someone of poor moral
standards. "Daddy...” This is my duty as a man... I shall
provide you with the tools to be the best you can be.
I will guide you with common sense and give you a clear path to
follow. I may sometimes not have all the
answer to everything you ask of me, but I do know
right from wrong... most of the time? As
I walk with you on the path that my Father
once took me down. I will only divert you slightly off its way...
Not because I hated my father, but only because I want
you to be a better person than me or him. I did not only
make a child when I made you... But I took on a
title, “I’m Daddy..." and will always be... Daddy what
a honor it is to be! Some call them father, some call them
Dad, some call them their poppy or whatever the case maybe…
No matter how its said? Daddy is my name
