~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Did forever simply feel like too long? In your heart, was there a fleeting song? Visions of doubt, felt so very wrong! Over, she said – it’s over and you’re not strong. Reflecting on your marriage, can’t we just get along? Could you have been different, kinder, not so headstrong? When you see her there – it is where you feel like you belong!
A very well written poem on the theme of divorce, and a sad topic. You did a great job Regina.
