Cycle of growth

When a tree springs to life-
It grows and emerges with the seasons
Like the sunsets colors paint the sky as the sun goes down.

In fall the leaves die-
They flutter to the ground with a graceful sway before gently kissing the ground
Like a feather dancing in the breeze

By Winter the branches are left naked however
The beautiful phenomenon is the trunk.
It never growns weak yet remains standing strong
Like the pillars to a building.
Waiting patiently until the leaves grow back.
