Cup of Coffee
I've got the coffee,
The filters too,
A choice of sweetners,
Yes, it's true...
I've got the creamer,
I've got the cups,
One thing I'm missing,
You'll say I'm nuts,
No coffee maker,
Do I own,
I guess this life,
Of living alone,
Has brought my madness
To the fore,
And even if I went,
To the store,
I'm not too likely to purchase one now,
Seems I forgot the whys or how...
I don't much care for coffee,
Insomnia is my bain,
And even though I am insane,
Awake another six days...
Oh no!!
Over Niagra in a barrel,
I'd rather go.
