Cup

Sighs spilling out
Like steam from a cup
Drifting into the morning air
Soft and slow

There’s nothing I can say
To still the storm inside
Or to quiet the restless tide

But I have a cup
To warm your palm
And hold what I cannot say

Well-brewed, Christopher. The Cup of yours more than holds its own. ~ Gershon
