Catherine, you mean everything to me
I hope with my actions you can see
My heart only has one key
Life was so much better when I was WE
You might think I am insane
Truth is I did not think with my brain
I have taken my life out of the fast lane
I know what priorities are main
I was wrong
I know you have heard this song
This part of my life went on way to long
Having you in my life helps to make me strong
I will not lie
I will not give you any reason to spy
The odds I will defy
Please do not say bye-bye
I have caused you hurt
I have made myself feel like dirt
All of my energy and might I will assert
This type of happening I will avert
Never wanted more to win a fight
Going to try with all my might
I am going to show you I can make this right
It’s all I want every day and every night
Honesty is the key
To someone loving me
This I know you agree
This I can finally see
My love for you is real
My heart you did steal
If I must I will beg and kneel
Without you my wagon is missing a wheel
I love you more than life
Current tension you can cut with a knife
We defiantly lack strife
I can make this right
I will soar to a new height
I will always be honest and forthright
What you and I have is tight
There is a reason we were brought together
Everything else to me is nether
I am sorry altogether
Hopefully we can move past this like bad weather
I can’t stop thinking about that dance
I know you are keeping to your stance
Our look at each other more of a trance
Very possible our best moment of romance
I promise these words are true
Without action these words are few
I can’t tell you what to do
But trust me my life again I will not screw
So every night I sit at our spot
Wondering if you will show or not
Maybe one day you will give me a shot
Hurt you again I guarantee I will not
Every night I will look up high
Staring at this one STAR in the sky
I promise you I will not lie
I would rather die
Me and you each other we sleigh
I promise if given a shot I will not stray
From being the man you deserve every day
I don’t want it any other way.
I know these words are nothing to you
It’s not what I say, but what I do
There is no one I would fight for but you
Trust me it’s not because you’re someone new
It’s because all that you do
So meet me in the middle and let’s see this through
Catherine there is no one more special to me then you.
