Bite Size Poem No. 72 - Sponsor: Line Gauthier
September 22, 2023
My breath was but a soft whisper,
not enough to ruffle the leaves of a willow
but he heard me crying in the moonlight.
With tender kisses he soothed my fears,
held me close within the circle of his arms,
until I no longer had reasons for my tears.
