Crimson Skies

I yearn to fly,and soar freely
Standing on the edge of an abyss
I am filled with fear and bliss
I need to let go of all inhibitions,
to bring me to a higher plane.
I had to find a common peace.
For common place has a common ground
in the meek,
and common sense is evasive
in the weak.
My vision was tinted red.
Hatred of the plain and mundane
is valiant.
To embrass it is to be dead.
With confidence and assurance,
and with accurate poise and defiance.
I carefully walk with obeisance,
and confidence.
So I can finally fly
in my Crimson Sky.
