Cravings After Words

Falling in love is easy
because lust is so
 appealing.
Glitter mixed lipstick
promises French kissed,
keeps deep throats glistening
Bite marks remarkable,
 our only desire is
to devour one another,
greed best describes
 our feeding frenzy
fingernail trails
spell insatiablity
but what happens
after Thanksgiving?
Will you push me away
when you've had your filling?
Can you love through
hunger pangs?
 or
in rock bottom places?
 Falling is easy But
I wonder if you can climb
when your stomach
is rumbling
and when we've been given
every reason why we should be
satisfied with leaving?
  It's easy to love
in the proximity of first meeting
but will you still crave
me afterwards

Reminds me of that classic, "Can I believe the magic of your thighs? Will you still love me tomorrow?" Hope your version lasts as long! Aloha! Rico
