Congratulations on your win. Money is just a thing. A thing that people make into good or bad. You made it into a good write. Enjoy your win with blessings...............

Thank you so much, Paula, for noticing my H.M. way down there at the bottom of the list. Much appreciated. I like your take on money and on this write. Best always, Gershon

Great imagery ~ how much does one need? At some point, it might be good to notice that some people have nothing to eat...

And some of those poor people are actually overweight. Good reason for Scrooges to cut back on their charitable contributions. Sigh. Isn't that how their reasoning works?... Great point, Line. Thank you, Gershon

I can never figure these multi-millionaires still scrabbling for ever more quids and dollars like some demented fox killing more chickens then he can ever eat. Your last line pretty well says all that is needed. Best of luck in the contest, Gershon. Terry

I must have visualized Ebeneezer Scrooge subconsciously.

Hello Gershon … being rich or famous doesn’t mean happiness, but it can lead to mistrust and being egotistic - thanks again Gershon - Lindsay

You know, money is just a neutral thing. I turned it into an instrument of greed, but that's just one of so many aspects of it. I'm sure you can find a star in the pantheon to hang your hat on there, my friend. Strength and Kindness, Gershon
