Cranberry Sauce

Celestial sauce for all.
    Clementine, port and fruit, 
      Churn with sugar so sweet.
        Condiment for turkey, 
           caramelize your meat,
             cream with milk, make it pink.
Captivating fine food.

I do make a cranberry relish that is very good but made with fresh cranberries and we can't get them here except around Thanksgiving. I see you give a recipe very similar but I don't use port.
