Covered Bridge
By its green pastures a small stream foams,
around the bridge a scary ghost roams
of a pregnant woman killed by her fan,
who's known in town as the tattoo man.
The bridge is the only tattoo he inscribes,
everyone loves the theme it describes.
Not much's known about this covered bridge
except the stories tattoo man tells by the ridge.
He once killed a man after busting his nose
and buried under bridge, where no one knows.
The tattoo man is quite a womanizer,
he tattoos his kids like a colonizer
and carves the secret words like a trophy,
hiding "siblings" in tattoos makes him happy.
A young man and a woman feeling snappy
compared their tattoos under the canopy.
Looking very closely at the scribbling,
they discovered they were siblings.
Distraught, they hugged and shed some tears
until the ghost whispered in their ears.
As planned, the tattoo man came to the bridge
lured by the young siblings and ghost's intrigue.
A scream and a fall, a blasting sound it made,
in an instant, the tattoo man was dead.
