Courage

I am leaving a nightmare I can’t seem to escape 
The one I fell in love with I now seem to hate
 He’s grown cold and selfish he won’t follow God’s rules
His soul has grown dark and his eyes have grown cruel 

 I live day today in silence and dread 
 I pray to God daily to keep my soul fed 
 I asked God daily to show me a path 
So I can escape this Devils unending wrath

 I live with a stranger that I no longer know 
He walks in a drugged haze refusing to grow
Now, I must find coverage because now I am sure 
But there never could be a future for him and I anymore
 
 Dear Lord, give me strength as I try to go stronger 
 This illness takes me down and it’s lasted much longer 
 I sit and make plans and talk only to you 
 My heart remains open, my mind and remains true

Hello, my angel so I hope you are all doing well. Sometimes in life, we are like down by those we love and we must find the courage to go ahead with our dreams with the path that God chose for us. Follow your dreams follow your heart and you will never be alone God is always with you.  And things will always change :)
