Cosmos

Out there in a galaxy so distant, lays a marble so blue on the surface one roams, a soul, so heavy and true. For out there in silence, existence seems so cruel as I, one with the universe, and to matter, hard to view. For life it is so fragile, and we lost among the skies as we, we are so small, that stars can’t hear us cry. and we, trapped in violence of waves, oceans, mountains and to all the giants, the powerful, tyrants our pain is met with lonely silence. Yes, far above my mind, the universe, she is blind. So I travel across the times, in a sea of burning lights. Where mercy’s never kind, and we still rise, to die. Though I find beauty deep, down, inside, for I am aware, of my own lonely mind. I exist. I am.
