Cosmic Musings

From microscopic neutrons to the mighty Milky Way The universe reveals its sundry span. Magnetic fields preserve a perfect balance night and day Facilitating life on earth for man. Our life-sustaining earth parades a stunning rich supply Of colours, textures, symmetry and art, And as the master clock ticks off the seasons passing by, It charts the cycle of each beating heart. The awesomeness of life should make us pause; Can random forces really be the cause? Date:03.07.19 Contest:The universe poetry contest Sponsor:Nina Parmenter

The fact that we can even pose the final question and muse on it points to an intelligent Creator, Wendy, not to mention all the perfect conditions that exist here on earth for life to thrive. I so enjoy your careful observation of metre and rhyme, but even more the philosophical contemplation and our shared belief in how that last question is answered. Congrats on this win! John

Wonderfully written! For me, when I step out my door and think about where I am and how this heavy earth is floating in space, there is no doubt that God exists!
