Corrupting Light
Ebony dragons,
smile.....
in their eyes
corrupting light.
a shower of sparks
falls like metal rain,
All the eagles
of the sea
gather together,
a great and awe inspiring
sight,
the Golden chariots
roll
to thwart the
Goblin Hoard.
as Tree Folk
shiver
the Taunters challenge
roars.
an ancient craving
drives him mad.
he rants across
the world.
oh,
please,
grant a boon to raise
the living
to the level of the dead
let the power you are
giving
wax and wane
inside my head
with the knowledge
that you promised
back when
Dragons ruled the land
let our prayers find an answer ,
let us take a noble stand.
