I had fun with this one and I thought the title was quite ironic Andrea lol I remember someone submitted double footles to my last contest as although they are not what i would have thought of footles they do actually work and of course Brian's form has evolved:-) hugs Jan xx

we moved here in 1996 - I don't think they have had donkey's on the beach for many years but the trams still go up the mountain and the steam trains and horse trams are still a big tourist attraction. We fly over to Dublin from time to time and went to Belfast about 6 years ago to the Titanic exhibition:-) love Ireland and the Irish - so so friendly we feel really at home there:-) hugs Jan xx

I was there 27 years ago , I remember a little tram going up a hill and the donkey ride on the beach 1990 wow feels like last week lol

Its a lovely long weekend - bank holiday on Monday and rain predicted lol its the pre TT classic races and then the real TT starts woohooooo I've got to suffer all those blokes in leather but someone has to do it lol :-) hugs jan xx

I've actually done REALLY well in contests recently and wrote this poem some weeks ago as a fun write - i don't care where I place as long as I am creative that is the main thing - many of my poems are not for contests just for the joy of writing:-) hugs Jan xx
