-Contents of A Heart

What is inside a human heart
Is it sunshine warm and bright
Maybe fluffy soft white clouds
Or a full moon on a dark still night

Is there precious perfumed flowers
Or a peaceful gentle rain
The glistening of a calm ocean
Or a stunning sunrise or sunset again

Is it full and abundant with laughter 
Or brimming with memories and life's treasures
Perhaps simply overflowing with pure love
At the awe of life’s pleasures

The heart is hollow, and is essentially a blood pump with a lot of tendons and valves! When held in hand it looks least romantic! So vital and central to our lives though! Heart is not the seat of our minds as we often make it sound in our poems! Mind is the result of thought, perception and experience- individualised by the uniqueness of each of our lives!
